These fees are indicative only. The organiser reserves the right to introduce add-on tickets or changes to the registration fees as the planning progresses.* All fees are subject to addition of 6% SST.
How To Register?

Step 1 - Register according to your membership category.

If you wish to join as a MOA member, please refer to the description “MOA Membership” on the next page.

Step 2 - Fill in your personal details online.

Please ensure that your email address and mobile number are correct as we will be sending your registration confirmation to your registered email.

Step 3 - Make payment via your preferred payment option.

We will send an email to acknowledge the receipt of your registration. Upon the receipt of your payment, we will send you the confirmation letter. Please allow 3 working days to process your registration.

Payment methods are:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (for overseas)
  • Cheque
  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Local Purchase Order (for Malaysian Government Departments)
  • Please make payment before registering online as you are required to attach the proof of payment (scanned document of deposit slip / payment proof) in the online registration page.

    Payment can be made during online registration.

    Payment methods are:

  • Stripe / GrabPay / Credit Card
  • For all payments made using credit card or Stripe or Telegraphic Transfers; the payee will bear all bank or payment gateway charges. The charges may vary according to individual banks.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    The MOA conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations:

    Reimbursement Policy

    In circumstances where the delegate requests for reimbursement of registration fees or their own delegate expenses, MOA reserves the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the reimbursement claimed.

    Instead of requesting for reimbursement, we suggest finding a colleague to take over your ticket.

    MOA Membership

    The registration fees for MOA Members category is only applicable if your MOA membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be processed as a Non-MOA Member.
